In case you didn’t know, a Quinceanera is a really BIG celebration for a young girl in the Hispanic culture. It’s sort of like a huge birthday party when you turn 15. It starts with a religious ceremony and then a big reception afterwards. The “Quinceanera”, or girl whose party it is, chooses a “Court of Honor”, which are her best friends. They dance a special dance, eat, have cake, have a guest book, send out invitations, and have flowers.
It sounds just like a wedding, only without the groom!
So...naturally....you would need to get your hair done, right?
